4. Supplier Return Policy:

- If the supplier approves the return, you may or may not be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the supplier's policy.

5. Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days

6. Shipping Costs:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

- In cases where the supplier's policy requires the customer to pay for return shipping, you will be responsible for these costs.

7. Exchanges:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
